Thanks, Jo! I have been encountering many little reminders lately as I enter my next “loop.” A business card of mine from 10yrs ago-when I first lived in Chicago-showed up in my mail. Someone had found it in a used book, and it had my handwriting on the back. Best of all, I had written affirmations of my creative dreams! I must have been carrying it around and using it as a bookmark. It had my old address on the front, and this kind soul mailed it to me, seeing that it may have some personal significance. He had no idea I had been gone from this address for 10 years.

Fortunately the affirmations have come true; I think it is a reminder to get clear about where you want to go, and then make choices to move in that direction.

all the best,
Sandra

Ooooo another contemplative post that has sent me 'spinning' this afternoon LOL. Thank you Sandra!
I completely agree about the cyclical nature of life's journey, and I quite like the fact that we catch glimpses of where we've been previously during the next spiral, as a reminder and reassurance too.... taking a straight path to our destination would have the potential of being extremely scary!!
I love this bit: "What do we have to choose in order to progress a little further, to expand that spiral a little larger this time? Do we want to repeat a similar loop, or take a leap of faith and create something different? Can we let our lives adapt to meet the demands of a higher, better path?" Really exciting stuff.
Thank you, once again, for being such an inspiration.
Huge hugs xx
