I'll be following up this post with more on the connection between meditation & art. The David Lynch Foundation is fascinating to me; attaining peace (or at least improvement in society) through atypical, if not abstract to most, measures is a tough road. But they have incredible support and brilliant scientific minds to back it up. It's yet another organization taking a big leap of trust in this energetic shift happening in the world.
